Can the new roof go over my old one?
Yes but we do not warranty it. There must be only one existing layer present to install new shingles over it.
Can you replace any rotted wood before the job begins?
Yes we can replace simple carpentry items such as trim, soffits, rakes, and fascia boards.
Does my house need to be sanded or scraped before painting?
Yes, this is typically completed during the prep phase of the project.
Do I have to worry about old lead paint?
We treat every house built before 1978 to contain lead. This is code and we will take all lead measures to ensure you and your family are safe.
Do you stain decks or paint fences?
Yes.
Do you replace gutters and downspouts?
Yes.
What to expect on installation day?
This is all dependent on your project. We will go over "what to expect" before your project start date.
What is a typical daily schedule?
The job usually starts between seven and seven thirty and continues till the end of the day. We can also accommodate a change in time for your busy schedule to make things easier for you.
Is there a final inspection on the last day?
Yes, one of our project managers will meet you to provide a walk around when the job is completed. Please note we will be in contact you daily to provide you updates throughout the project.
